Tracklement’s Spiced Honey Mustard
British Sweet & Spicy Gourmet Mustard
British gourmet mustard combining natural honey, aromatic spices and a feisty mustard kick. Made with honey, mustard flour, mustard seeds, black pepper, allspice and chillies, it delivers the perfect balance of sweetness, warmth and spice. A classic Tracklements favourite, it is especially delicious with pork, sweetcure ham and chipolatas.
Ingredients
Cider vinegar, honey (23%), mustard flour (15%), sunflower oil, mustard seed (11%), raw cane sugar, black peppercorns, allspice, chillies.
Goes well with
Perfect as a dip for soft pretzels, crudité vegetables, carrots, celery and sweet potato fries. Use it as a marinade or glaze for grilled chicken, tenderloin and salmon, or serve alongside your favourite cold cuts and meats.
