4. Pricing & Payment
   
   • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
   • Prices are subject to change without notice.
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
   • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
   • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed or verified.
5. Orders & Confirmation
   Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if:
   • The product is out of stock.
   • There is an error in pricing or product description.
   • We suspect fraudulent activity.
6. Delivery
   Delivery is available within Dubai. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes, fees, and areas covered.
7. Food Safety & Perishable Goods
   Our products include perishable food items. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for quality issues arising from products left unattended after delivery. Please follow storage instructions provided on product packaging.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content on the The Wood Fire House website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of The Wood Fire House and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, The Wood Fire House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
