Jalapeño and Lime Hot Sauce
Fresh, zesty and seriously moreish, this Jalapeño & Lime Hot Sauce brings together slowly fermented peppers and whole preserved limes with raw, unfiltered cider vinegar. Bright and tangy with a lively chilli heat, it has the kind of fresh, citrusy flavour that works its way onto everything.
Ingredients
Fermented capsicum, organic raw cider vinegar, organic raw sugar, preserved lime (lime, salt), miso (water, soybean, rice, salt), salt, onion, oregano, garlic.
Goes well with
A fresh finishing sauce for tacos, grilled seafood, chicken and roasted vegetables. Try it over eggs, rice bowls, sandwiches or simply alongside your favourite meal for a bright hit of lime and chilli.
