Bramley Apple Sauce

We make this sharp, tangy sauce with English bramley apples, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. As good as the best homemade, it’s very good indeed, especially with roast pork and salty crackling, and even vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients Bramley Apples (71%), Raw Cane Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.

Goes well with Goes well with meats, sausages and sandwiches. Also pairs really well with ice cream and pies.
